As a global company involved in worldwide production, Tulip, like the other companies of the Danish Crown Group, is a member of Global Compact. Global Compact is an optional initiative, which focuses on improving the social commitment of international businesses. It is a global partnership that includes not only businesses around the world but also the United Nations.

Global Compact focuses on ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. The ten principles have been incorporated into Danish Crown and Tulip’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy.

As a condition of membership of Global Compact, Tulip prepares a yearly status report, which is published in connection with our annual report. The yearly status report outlines our progress within the CSR area.
